The Model 496 natural gas pressure regulator is a compact, high-performance service regulator designed to deliver precise pressure control and long-term reliability for residential, small commercial, and light industrial applications. Commonly used in residential meter sets as well as burners, furnaces, ovens, heaters, and gas engines, the Model 496 features a 4″ roll-out diaphragm that delivers capacity typically associated with larger 6″ diaphragm regulators. An internal relief valve is included as a standard feature, providing added downstream protection without requiring external components.
