Model 496 Natural Gas Pressure Regulator

The Model 496 natural gas pressure regulator is a compact, high-performance service regulator designed to deliver precise pressure control and long-term reliability for residential, small commercial, and light industrial applications. Built with solid construction and a proven mechanical design, the Model 496 provides dependable performance in installations where accuracy, safety, and installation flexibility are critical.

Commonly used in residential meter sets as well as burners, furnaces, ovens, heaters, and gas engines, the Model 496 features a 4″ roll-out diaphragm that delivers capacity typically associated with larger 6″ diaphragm regulators. An internal relief valve is included as a standard feature, providing added downstream protection without requiring external components.
